The acquisition leverages Digi-Data’s world-class storage expertise and patented technologies with bigVAULT’s advanced online storage services technology to provide users and businesses with a cost effective service to save and protect unlimited amounts of music, videos, photos and important documents in a safe environment that can be easily and securely accessed from anywhere in the world.

bigVAULT, headquartered in Commack, NY, markets its electronic safety deposit box to individuals and businesses who want to securely store, backup, retrieve and share critical files of any type. bigVAULT supports thousands of customers in more than 40 countries, as well as resellers and prominent broadband providers. bigVAULT will operate as the Vault Services Division of Digi-Data and will retain its bigVAULT brand in the market.
